Stephen P. Gauthé is currently employed by the U.S. Department of Energy at the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as the Director of Security and Emergency Operations. He has a B.S. in Accounting from UNO and an MBA from Tulane University. He has also served in the U.S. Army on active duty and currently serves as a reserve officer with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. He has extensive experience managing complex military engineering missions and exercises overseas as well as significant procurement, contracting, finance and auditing experience in both the government and private sector. Mr. Gauthe also possesses extensive emergency management experience.
