Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – West’s Michael Merritt receives Edward B. Picou, Jr. Outstanding Service Award

 Commissioner Michael Merritt (SECOND FROM LEFT) received this year’s Edward B. Picou, Jr. Outstanding Service Award from the New Orleans Geological Society. Merritt was awarded for his service to Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – West (SLFPA-W).
